Hassas Tutucular (td.MRT Anker/Sürgü)
We operate a precision attachment mounting laboratory and we mostly use the td.MRT precision attachment in our work.
It is faster and easier to implement and doesn't require long clinical or laboratory processing. It will not wear off and require additional cleaning and repairing costs.
Metal: 316 INOX
Depth: 3.55 mm
Width: 3.61 mm
Height 7.60 mm

The Metal piece is 316-INOX. The plastic parts are attached to the crown and burn away when the technicians desired metal alloy is cast.
This attachment has two metal parts and a spring system that produces a "click" sound, signaling a safe reassurance to the patient.
td.MRT

td.MRT was built to overcome several problems existing in other attachments:
- Built from precision metal alloy, resistant to corrosion and wear.
- Does not allow any movement with its firm grip.
- No risk for dental fungus.
- Easy insertion and removal with its reassuring and fixating "click" sound.

- Give the patient maximum ease when inserting and removing the prosthesis.
- Create a propriety approach to engineering the angles of both parts in special ways to prevent wear/tear.
- Give the patient maximum space
- Closed System to ensures the technician won't accidentally clog it up during acrylic application.

When you are working with td.MRT
We are mainly using Bego® Wiron 99, Dentarium® Remanium-CS, Degudent® U for the male part that is attached to the crown and any porcelain workable metal can be used whiteout worry of wear. The male part of the attachment has a 4 degree conic angle to minimize wear during insertion and removal.
The important part is to make sure the angle of the attachments and the male parts are perfectly parallel to avoid problems.
