Porcelain work requires the precise choice of a suitable vacuum pump.
The quality of your work will depend on the vacuum pump as much as it
depends on the furnace.
Oil pumps will eventually let oil
escape into the heating chamber and affect your work. Also the oil
level will need monitoring and the vacuum level will drop in time
resulting in bad work.
We provide high grade oil free vacuum
pumps with our furnaces. The pumps can restart at high vacuum levels
which is suitable for the interval function of the furnace.
Also the air flow is high, helping the cooling function and speeding up the chamber cooling.
